Formwork Carpenter

A Formwork Carpenter builds frameworks used in the construction industry. Most of your work will be on large scale projects, but you may be employed on smaller jobs when needed. Formwork Carpenters may construct timber concrete moulds or other temporary framed structures.

Formwork Carpenters should have excellent technical skills and be able to adapt your skills to suit a range of circumstances. You’ll need to be able to work as part of a team and be able to follow plans and instructions. Formwork Carpenters spend most of their time outdoors and you may have to work in a range of weather conditions.
