Design Coordinator

A Design Coordinator oversees the creation of looks for interior and exterior environments. You might work on large projects or smaller designs. Design Coordinators liaise with clients to determine their needs and come up with concept plans and drawings. You might consider aspects of design such as lighting, colours, flooring and styling.

Design Coordinators should have good time management skills and be able to work on several projects at one time. It’s important that you are creative and have a strong understanding of design concepts. Design Coordinators must be up to date with current trends and be able to understand the individual needs of their clients.
