Airport Operations Manager

An Airport Operations Manager oversees daily activities at an airport or airfield. You might coordinate security operations, organise cleaning and maintenance and supervise other departments such as customer service and air traffic control. An Airport Operations Manager, or Ground Operations Manager or Ground Operations Officer, may coordinate responses to safety or security issues.

Airport Operations Managers should be organised and able to manage several tasks at one time. You’ll need to be a strong leader and be able to communicate well with colleagues and the public.
