Human Resources Manager

A Human Resources Manager oversees staffing issues at a business or organisation. You might be in charge of hiring and inducting new staff or providing additional training for existing personnel. Human Resources Managers might also deal with employee problems such as conflict or misconduct.

Chief Executive Officer

A Chief Executive Officer is in charge of the overall performance of a company. You might oversee the strategic direction of an organisation or manage financial issues such as budgets, forecasts and profits. Chief Executive Officers also oversee the management of all departments within an organisation including accounts, human resources and marketing.

Higher education pathways

An Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management is an ideal qualification to further your career in a range of industries. You might choose to expand your skills with a Diploma of Business Administration or an Advanced Diploma of Business. You could also specialise your studies with a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice, a Certificate IV in Human Resources or a Certificate IV in Business Sales.
