The Certificate IV in Systems Analysis and Design provides the knowledge and skills required to work as IT Designers, Systems Support Analysts or System Designers. Students will learn how to develop detailed technical design, select and employ software and hardware testing tools as well as coordinate and maintain ICT work teams.
